Turn your Facebook page into an online booking point

An online booking link for the action button or description of your Facebook page.

What the integration gives you

Facebook brings clients, Roxy Desk takes the booking

Page action button

Put the link in the "Book now" or "Sign up" button so it leads straight to choosing a service and a time.

Messenger instant replies

Add the link to an instant reply so clients can book even when the administrator is busy.

An older audience

Facebook works well for clients who use Instagram and TikTok less often but are happy to book online.

How it works

How to connect booking to Facebook

  1. Enable the Facebook integration in Roxy Desk and copy the online booking link.
  2. Add it to the page action button, the "About" section and Messenger instant replies.
  3. Clients follow the link, choose a service, specialist and time, and submit a booking request. Depending on the app settings, Roxy Desk creates the appointment automatically or an administrator handles the request.
What you need

Before connecting

  • A Facebook business page with admin rights.
  • A configured online booking widget in Roxy Desk.
  • Access to integration settings in Roxy Desk.
Use cases

Where the booking link works on Facebook

Posts about services

Tell people about a new service or specialist and give them the booking link right away.

Meta ads

Send ad traffic to online booking instead of a chat where the client can get lost.

Local groups

Share the link in neighbourhood and city groups where people look for specialists nearby.

Events and promotions

Add the link to page events so booking requests for a promotion or an open day reach your team in Roxy Desk.

Booking from Facebook

Add a booking button to your Facebook page

Enable the integration to let clients from Facebook choose a service and time themselves and send booking requests to your team in Roxy Desk.
